What CJH actually does
For commercial work, the process starts with your plans:
- Plans and spec review. Send through drawings, engineering details or a written scope and we’ll quote against what’s actually specified.
- Site prep. Excavation and base preparation to the depth and compaction required for the job.
- Formwork. Set out to the dimensions and tolerances in the plans.
- Reinforcement. Mesh or reo installed to the engineer’s specification where one applies.
- The pour. Poured and finished to the spec required, plain, steel-trowelled or exposed aggregate depending on the brief.

We’re upfront about this: we don’t have a long commercial track record to point to yet. What we do have is the same prep, formwork and reinforcement standard we bring to every residential job, and the willingness to quote properly from your plans rather than guessing.
